VINEYARD EXPOSURE: North-South, 170-185 meters above sea level in the municipality of Buonconvento (SI).
SOIL COMPOSITION: Predominantly clay with a good presence of silt.
YIELD PER HECTARE: 30 – 35 quintals.
HARVEST: Hand-picked with grape selection in the vineyard. HARVEST PERIOD: Early September.
VINIFICATION & AGING: The freshly harvested grapes are placed directly into the press, where a gentle pressing extracts the juice before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The temperature is kept as low as possible to enhance aromatic extraction and preservation.
This is a white-style fermentation of red grapes, with minimal maceration—just the initial contact between the juice and skins—ensuring a naturally delicate color.
Aging typically takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine’s freshness and aromatic profile.
